They expanded their building and renovated it very nicely to give that Vietnamese sort of post French colonial vibe. Very cute. One side is dine-in for the bakery and the cute Tea sets, and one side is for eating their sandwiches and bigger plates. Cute auntie served us our food as we ordered for dine-in. Since the last time I've been here, their banh mi has definitely improved. Saucier, more flavor, and great presentation. The beef vermicelli was good with a very clean broth and tender meat. The pineapple tea was really good and sweet. Kind of tasted like those Asian fruit jellies. Now, I've never heard of lotus tea before so I was definitely intrigued. I got the milk tea version with boba and it was good but I was trying to recall what exactly tasted like. Then, after we finished our food, it finally came to me. It tasted like Madeline cookies! Unfortunately, the texture of the boba was very hard, as if it had been a day old stored in the fridge. I also bought a pork teriyaki bun and it was perfect. There's a lot of meat compared to Lowell Asian Bakery or other bakeries in Chinatown and their dough is nicely sweetened. If only the boba was the right texture, I would have given them 5 stars. Overall, amazing upgrade!

Overall a good spot for something quick. However, the pricing for the spring rolls is on the higher side ($11.95) although they're not skimpy with the portions. The nem cuon is nothing to grab about (wouldn't grab this again). The salted cold foam coffee was good. The banh mi is always consistently good and fresh. Love the amount of pate they put.

Came early on a Monday morning only to realize the new bakery side didn't officially open until 11am on weekdays. That wasn't a problem though, as they still kindly let us order tea and have a seat. We found a seat by an outlet, but this doesn't really seem like a place to work on a laptop since there weren't any other outlets. I would definitely recommend more for catching up with a friend or enjoying a book like I did. Around 11am, we migrated over to the sandwich side for an early lunch. I got the BBQ Pork Bahn Mi, which hit the spot. The bread was the perfect texture and the fillings were the classic combination of flavors. I would definitely come back!

This was probably the best Bahn Mi and spring rolls I've had since moving to NH from Seattle. They had ALL the sammy options, I love the ham bahn mi, idk what the meats are but it's really good. This one came with 3 different cuts AND pate. Huge fan. I wasnt expecting the pate but it was yummy on the sandwich. If I had one negative thing to say it would just be that the bread was HUGE. Not a "complaint"... but maybe a little more mayo or pate to carry the bread. I also got a standard grilled pork bahn mi which was good. The spring rolls...again, FIRST rolls with BOTH shrimp and pork since leaving the west coast. And the sauce was t just hoi sin it was legit spring roll sauce, peanutty. (I have no idea what this sauce actually is but this place's was the closest to the real sauce I'm used to.) also got the pork spring rolls and YES. They had a crispy stick in them! 4 outta 4 for getting things right for me. Wife got a noodle dish that was good. Fresh ingredients, cilantro, carrots, daikon, fish sauce, peanuts, and the chicken was delicious. Will return when I want a good bahn mi again, even though it's about 45 min away from me I would go back for the pork sausage spring rolls with the crispies in them!

Had really great options for sandwiches, bread was nice and crispy outside with soft fluffy insides. My kids enjoyed the chicken one, as I thought would be a good introduction to Vietnamese banh mi. We also picked up a bunch of Vietnamese treats and the Bun Bo Hue. Bun Bo Hue was great - very flavorful, especially if you enjoy lemongrass. Parking was easy as they have their own lot. It looks like they are working on expanding and looking forward to coming here again.

Wow!!! So happy I came here. Ordered online and was ready in 15 minutes for pick up. Had the banh mi combination, egg rolls, spring rolls and pork rolls.. everything was incredible! I also bought their pate and pickled pork ears... delicious! The pate was addicting. I'm hooked and I'm looking forward to ordering more in 2 days! The staff working there were friendly and easy parking too in a private lot.

Happy to see a place that has some che and viet snacks! Came here on the way back from New Hampshire and got the grilled pork and cha lua banh mis, and the nem nuong and shrimp/pork spring rolls. Everything tasted great, although the sauce for the nem nuong was a little chunky? Not like the Brodard sauce, but still good. Service was nothing to write home about, but food was made quickly and we were satisfied with our meals!
